UPDATING ASSOCIATION PAGES ON THE POLA WEBSITE

This is the information you need to update the POLA website www.copper-pola.org.   Our concept is to provide realtors, owners, sellers and potential buyers with all of the information required by the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) as well as some additional requirements imposed by other Colorado legislation.   We hope that having a central place to go for Copper condo information will make it easier to access basic information.  This also avoids burdening your management company or directors with phone calls and requests that can be handled directly by the site.

Where the Association has their own site, we will provide a direct link to that site.   Further, the basic information can be kept on this site with a link to a separate Association site with additional information.

For those Associations keeping their basic CCIOA documents on the POLA site, we have loaded all of the basic legal documents we have received and have loaded additional documents for a few Associations that have provided them.

It is the responsibility of each Association to assist with maintenance of their pages.  Please check your folders on the website and let us know if there are any changes, additions or missing links to what is already on your pages.  If you have a separate site and are not linked, please send the web address.

Updates may be sent to Webmaster@copper-pola.org or mailed to POLA c/o The Village Company, P.O.  Box 3053, Copper Mountain, CO 80443.  The following is a list of what we are now in a position to add:

Insurance Certificates
Annual Financial Statements/Budgets
3 years Annual Owners Meetings
3 years Board Meetings
Required Contact Information for Management Company and Board Members

We prefer to receive documents in pdf format.  However, documents can be submitted in Word, Excel, Word Perfect or Microsoft Publisher.  We can convert these files to Adobe pdf files for posting to the site.  If you have only hard copy documents you can take them to a copy shop and have them scanned or make a copy that can be mailed to us for scanning or make a pdf file directly.  We will scan hard copy documents and post them to the site but they will not be returned.

There are additional CCIOA requirements that we are not in a position to handle at this time.  For example CCIOA requires Associations to make available all correspondence between board members and to owners for the last 3 years upon request.  We will also not handle meeting notices except for two test Associations.  However, if you have an annual schedule of meetings, we can post that to one of your pages.

Future plans --We are working on a test site template for individual web sites that would interface with the POLA site but provide flexibility for additional information tailored to the individual needs of each Association at an operating cost of about $10 per month plus maintenance..
